Our mission is to optimize daily performance and promote long-term vitality by addressing health at its core.

As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, I bring expertise in Lifestyle Condition Management, blending Functional Medicine and Integrative Nutrition training with the belief that real food is medicine. Together with our collaborative care team of medical doctors and healthcare professionals, we focus on key health pillars, including sustainable weight loss, nutrition, gut health, metabolism, sleep, physical activity, stress management, and habit formation. Our personalized wellness programs are tailored to each client’s unique health journey and backed by science-based solutions.

At Volterra Health, we use behavior change techniques to prevent and reverse chronic lifestyle conditions and improve health in the new year. By integrating functional medicine principles, comprehensive testing, and evidence-based strategies, we uncover and address the root causes of dis-ease.
